Britain in the chart is called UK (United Kingdom). That's a country of merchants.

Norway and Switzerland are not members of the UE. But I can tell you that both countries are far more like UK than France.

Oh, my!

We have to go back to the days of racial segregation. Short version: Court decisions and federal law made racial segregation illegal in public schools. Over a period of years private religious ramshackle schools popped up across the South which technically were not racially exclusive, but if your child belonged to the "wrong" race, you knew better than to look there for education. Over the past thirty years "charter" schools have been added which are technically open to all students and funded by public money, but tend to have less-qualified teachers.

The private schools often have no qualification requirements for teachers except extreme religious views.

I have been asked about my attitude towards reparations for slavery and stated that in my opinion I owe nothing and that I believe no reparations will be forthcoming.

Adrian Peterson is at least $50 million in debt despite having made in excess of $100 million in his career.

Basically, based on our experience, white folks believe that black folks would just piss any reparation funds away and be worse off than before.
