The site that beutelwolf links to is very extensive for all things Colpo Grosso and Tutti Frutti (German Version of the programme) and is worthwhile digging deep into. The main page is here.
Italian Wikipedia also has an informative page on Colpo Grosso which says that Jessica appeared in the fourth season (1990/1991). Jessica appeared many times on Colpo Grosso as a stripper before finally becoming a Cin Cin girl. As a stripper she used the names Bruscolina and Differenziata (possibly others). As a Cin Cin girl she used the Jessica name. She also sang (or lip synced) the Mambo Mambo song used on the show. According to the former website cincin-girls.com her starsign is Pisces. From one of the websites (I didn't note which but it could be the further info mentioned by beutelwolf) I have a name of Jessica Rosenquist. Here's a few more pictures.
