Superb pics D-P, the Yorkshire Dales and Durham Dales are probably my favourite places in the World, (the Durham Dales are more rugged, probably not as pretty, but wilder).

I dont know the Durham Dales anything like as much as the Yorks D's, though back in the 80s I worked on a TV documentary about the Pennines, spending 6 weeks shooting from Skipton to Hadrian's Wall and all points between. Quite a bit of it was in Weardale. High spot was the day we had a helicopter for the aerial shots. Eight hours on a sunny day 5000 feet above my favourite part of the world. We did an amazing shot at Malham Cove.
