I have seen a handful of posts in various places using either Dropbox or Google Drive to share stuff. My intuition would be to say that there could be problems with this-- both of these companies are likely to be monitoring traffic more assiduously than, say, Rapidgator.

Basically your file sharing companies, the RGs, K2S etc of the world see your heavily shared files as an asset-- they make more people buy premium to access them. Dropbox and Google Drive don't have that model.

If you do do it, I'd create an account separate from any Dropbox or Drive account that you're using for your serious personal things-- filesharing for work etc. I'd imagine that if you get heavy traffic and any DMCA activity you might find yourself shut down.

Don't use dropbox for anything which is likely to attract a significant amount of downloads as dropbox imposes bandwidth limitations and will suspend your account regardless of the contents. i regularly use google drive to share 500mb plus files and no one has said it has been closed down or limited but the files are not adult and more importantly the files are not named recognisably. but i don't think there is anyway of telling how often a google drive file has been downloaded either which is a pain in the arse as i love to compare thanks and download numbers just so my soul can be destroyed on a regular basis.
