When you were young did you ever tie a firecracker to a small wooden model plane, light the firecracker and throw it into the air to see it explode or not?

No, but I built a model of the aircraft carrier Intrepid, and as I built it I taped firecrackers to the inside of the hull, with the fuses emerging where the anti-aircraft guns should go. Got my mom's camera, filled one of the laundry sinks with water, lit the fuses, and took some pictures as it exploded. My mom was not pleased.

Hot dogs or Burgers for today's cookout?
