Since My health started failing,I've found myself having to deal with many "Care Navigators" or Doctor's Receptionists as They used to be known..

Doctors receptionists take their job from american football tactics and terminology.
Blocking, tackling, prevent defence,delay tactics, stopping the clock, linebackers, screen play, and just plain offence, and they all seem to be tight ends.
