Lots of sites seem to have this incorrectly labeled as Lou Doillon, the text on the first image only mentions "Lou".

But Joszka is correct, though the model does have a similar body shape to Lou Doillon you can see it is not her particularly in the photo where she is smiling.

Lou Doillon has a trademark "toothy grin", compare the smiling image from the suspect post to the smiling images of her in the post here.

Final confirmation should be that Lou Barbry has the spread posted on her own Instagram here & here.
