I'm 100% with you Pornaholik. I think they look far better perky and natural than surgically enhanced. What is it about large fake boobies anyway?

I'd have to say that it depends on the girl. I like Alisyn Sterling better with the implants. They accentuate her puffies. The opposite side of the coin is Tammy Monroe who just went too big and they don't look so good. I've seen partially filled saline implants that look pretty real too but few pornstars seem to have them.

Mostly I like the "before". I'm a proportion man, so these overblown DD implants don't generally do much to enhance a woman, from my perspective. That's one of the reasons I like earlier porn - no fake body parts!

yes Alisyn looks stunning after implants and Tammy looked better with her first set of implants then she went bigger and looked horrible Now Candie Evans IMHO was perfect after she got implants yummmmm also Racquel Darrian looked better

I definitely prefer the before photos. Silicone tits can make a sweater look great, but so can a good bra. Very few enhancements turn out well - Desiree Cousteau comes to mind. But most tend to ruin a very good thing.

What I find most ironic are those models who pay out all that cash and endure all that pain to have their breasts enlarged only to spend the rest of their careers never completely removing their bras because they're embarrassed by the results.

Give me a saggy pair of real breasts over a pair of concrete beach balls any day!

Like most things in life, I take this on a case-by-case basis. I'm a big fan of natural brests, but a really good augmentation, like Kitten Natividad, can be as attractive (at least in photographs) as a large natural rack. On the other hand, I have had occasion to get up close and tactile with three women who had implants. They're not the same.
