Help with specific section? (Model ID Request)

I have reviewed all threads and this seems to be the appropriate place to post this issue. If not, please do not ban me or suspend my privileges and I apologize in advance. In the “model ID section,” I cannot start a new thread. I am told I do not have sufficient privileges or my registration is not complete. Please help or advise and Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter...

I can't find it in the FAQ but i think you need to have a certain minimum of posts before you can start a thread (like 100 posts, but might as well be 30), or a number of thanks received (which goes along with making posts, of course)
