Sorry for delay guys, it's about finding paper. The op appears to be iso scan from one of her Ph sets. See small pic, 3rd from last page in last row of compilation here. Maybe was reprinted elsewhere also. My scans, 2 small from Debonair Aug 72. Third one, set clipped from discarded bookstore mag.
IM(nsh)O it's apparent these, + cover in Beutelwolf's post 6, + linked in post 2, are all her, same shoot.

Side benefit, I thought her large thread must have everything. Wrong. Lots to add . . .
