I really enjoy watching the ice skaters, er, female of course. Not all of them but so many of them have such great legs, IMO. Oh and butts too.

If she doesn't win at least one gold she`ll cry until Easter.
Don't mean that in a sarcastic way, as my eyes nearly (Nearly ok ) misted over while watching her being interviewed afterwards.
Bloody hell she was practically suicidal with sorrow.

Can she manage to fully focus on the 1,000m
Following that first disqualification in Sochi her self confidence looked to have vanished and she was all over the place in the subsequent events.

With you on that, what other sport has fit women in short skirts in 75% of it's events. Just don't let the femnazis cotton on to it.

Great to see Aljona Savchenko finally get her Gold Medal at her 5th Olympic games. A technically difficult routine executed superbly after a slight stumble yesterday.

As expected Shiffrin won the GS, Slalom tomorrow.

Great to see the women curlers skippered by lovely Eve Muirhead win a nail biting extra end against China. I might add that since the time of Rhona Martin, who won many years ago, it rather disconcerting to hear women yelling out HARD! and HURRY! whilst other team mates are going full tilt with a broom. Shame that Eve doesn't walk about in a tshirt like two others of her team, she keeps covered up, but I am sure her last team posed naked for a charity calendar once.

Go Dominic Parsons, surely our best bet for a first medal in the Skeleton for men.

Shame about the Jamaican bobsleigh team, it appears their Germany designer and coach has walked and taken the Bob with her- a bit like someone taking the ball from a disputed football game. I hope she comes back and they get to run.

I'm wondering just how all the german women who lie on their backs on the tea-tray things can always manage to speed up on the 'uphill' sections of their track?

I don't know if the german men can do it, I don't know if those germans that lie on their fronts on the tea-trays can do it, I don't know if those germans who go '2s-up' on their backs on the tea-trays can do it and I don't know if the germans in the 2 and 4 person bobsleighs can do it.

Red Stripe beer to the Jamaican girls rescue I hear. Now that's cool runnings for me.

Pleased to see Dom Parsons bronze, but have to feel for Martins Dukurs, 8 overall world cups, 5 x a world champion, a better win ratio than Juan Fangio, but no Olympic gold.

Lindsey Vonn starts 1st tomorrow, time to review those leaked pics and vids from her phone.

Fabulous Dom Parsons Bronze medal, now all we need is another with Lizzy Yarnold or Laura Deas.

Women's curling just finished GBR but DEN 7-6 with skip Eve Muirhead
Here is how many of us think of her as possibly looking 😀

Just watched a rerun of the women's Super G, won by Ester LEDECKA who leads the Parallel GS snowboarding world cup. She's only started 19 Alpine world cups and scored points 13 times, but has 14 snowboard world cup victories.

Her grandfather was a hockey player getting a Bronze in Innsbruck 1964 and Silver in Grenoble 1968, I can think of several 2nd generation medalists (Tina WEIRATHER being the latest addition), but a 3rd gen must be very rare.

Ester's reaction was priceless, totally struck dumb.

'No it must be a mistake.'

'How did that happen?'

'What do I do now?'

On her board she's won 5 of the 8 events this year, although she did miss one (she was on her skis that weekend). She's leading the world cup standings and was favourite for next Saturday, may as well just hand her the gold now.

Fantastic !! Super Saturday again, Lizzy Yarnold retains her gold medal by winning th women's Skelton and Laura Deas picks up Bronze. Earlier Izzy Atkin got a surprise Bronze in the women's slope style skiing event. okay she is American but her father was from Birmingham so we'll take her😀 First ever skiing medal.
Lizzy gets her second medal, but first ever British athlete to retain her title and Laura her very first-what a morning this has been. I reckon a Damehood could go Lizzy's way this April in the Queen's Biirthday Honours and she already has an MBE.

The only fly in the ointment was again Elise Christie fell, she was caught by a Chinese athlete in the short track speed skating 1500m semi final, so,close to getting to the line in second. She was taken to hospital for tests on her leg but luckily it wasn't as bad as first thought and she could go in her last chance for a medal in the 1,000m which is her favourite event apparently. You have to feel for her though.
