Banned sites that go defunct

I am wondering does the ban stay in effect for a site when it is no longer operational as a nude site?

In particular there is a ban against posting any content from annamariegoddard.com which I understand.

However she has retired and killed her site apart from a couple of fashion modelling photos from 2012

In this situation does the ban remain in effect?

If it was a copyright matter,Then I guess the ban would still be in effect.

I imagine that would depend upon whether whomever eventually acquires their content is happy for it to be posted. I would err on the safe side and stick to the letter of the banned list. Companies often liquidate themselves and restart, sometimes with the same management.
