I agree, JGW. When I wrote to Ken I got a polite letter back. I'd asked certain questions about his glamour work which he acknowledged, but would not elaborate on to any great extent. The upshot however, was that he had put that part of his life well behind him and, that I shouldn't contact him again. He also provided me with literature that revealed his current philosophy in life. Because of his wife's involvement, Ken is now heavily committed to his local church and feels his former life is in conflict with that. Pity, as I'm sure if Ken felt differently, he would appreciate our homage to his work...
