I still do not think that this girl is Julia Hayes. She resembles Julia circa 1992 or so, but I don't think it is she.

Noses and ears look like a good match to me. Both visible in this shot.

The heavy red saturation in the cover scan made her hair dark red like Julia's.

I'm inclined to say Kym Wilde, too. Have a look at the rings on her right hand in the quoted image and in the original requested pic.

Is that enough proof?
Sounded like most already agreed it is Kym.
