Result : a half post ending at middle of the May issue data...

luckily i saw it coming as it happened before and saved with WordPad.

Thus replaced that damaged post and tried saving again...

Viola, no problems now; all clear...

We've been experiencing intermittent database sync issues lately. It seems to be occurring when the forum has large numbers of users online. Posts that contain larger amounts of data are particularly susceptible to corruption when editing and saving during busy times so my advice is to save the data to Wordpad as you did before you save the edit until we get this straightened out.

The search engine on this version of VBulletin is lousy so I'm not surprised. There's nothing we can do to fix it unless they upgrade to a newer version of VBulletin.

I edited an older post of mine, and after pushing the "Save Changes" button, I received this message:
