I wouldn't be so sure of that.....here's actual proof of the fifth dimension....;-)

What if you lived in Australia?

As of 2016. You feel like a minnow. Because you realise you are a minnow.

Look at the political landscape. The UK made headlines all over the world with their unexpected vote of leaving the EU. It was such a big deal. No one questioned why this significant moment in their history was given the stupid name of "Brexit".

The you have the US, with their Presidential elections. A huge outcome with the victory of Donald Trump. The world was watching, and now anticipates what will happen because they don't know what will happen.

But over here? We had a federal election. But no one cares You know? Our Prime Minister used to be one of a number of lawyers to Mariah Carey's ex-boyfriend's dad!

No one cares!

Then in sport. Everyone was following to see if the unlikely outcome of Leicester City winning the Premier League. The world was astonished!

In the US. Everyone made a big deal about the Chicago Cubs winning the MLB. Just because they had the infamy of a 108 year long drought without a championship.

Well over here. We had our own bizarre result in prominent domestic competition. It would've been weird had one of the Western Bulldogs or Cronulla Sharks had won their respective AFL and NRL competitions. But both happened of the same weekend!

It's just as bizzare as anything else that happened in sport this year. But none of the rest of the world care.

I mean seriously. The Western Bulldogs won the Grand Final. How weird does it feel to say that?

I disagree. The world does care, it's just that so many things happen all over the world every minute of the day that not every event is realized.Australia is a great nation. Just read about it in Wikipedia and see all the fantastic things that started in Australia since it was first colonized. It is true that this great nation-continent is so removed from that of the rest of the modern nations, but there are great things happening in Australia every day. The wine that comes out of Southeastern Australia vineyards is often consisdered to be greater than any French wine. There is a section of the country that has the biggest cattle farms in the world. There is a tremendous amount of tourism, and mines in parts of the outback supply Australia with a rich supply of metal ores, and minerals, which is so great that much of it is exported and makes a bundle of money.

According to what I just read in Wikipedia grape vineyards for wine making comes from the Southeast and Southwest of Australia. My two favorite brands of Austalian wine are Lindemann's and Jacobs Creek both Southeastern Australian wine.
