Books.
I have been able to purchase some 19th century literature, it was surprisingly cheap.
I am also collecting books on music history.

Here are some knives that ended up in my possession. Sorry about the pic quality -- I'm anything but a good photographer

From the left, 3 + 4 and 6 + 7 are bayonets. Nr. 4 is the fake we discussed above

The two bumps in the bottom of the pic are my feet

I have an 03 bayonet, used to have an 03.I have a long one with the teeth filed on the back,WW1 I think and quite a few more I don't know what they are.I collect a little of everything, toys, models mostly WW2 stuff and all that stuff collects dust.Still have a lot of the toys I played with as a boy,Big Bruiser,Tonka and Hubbly steel trucks,a big WW2 style cannon that shoots about a two and a half inch plastic ball that I've never seen another like it.

The blade, 5th from the left, looks like a Marine K-bar.

It's made to ka-bar dimensions, but I think that's a fake too -- US workmanship is usually much better, and the price was about half what I'd expect to pay for a real one. Maybe I should call it a "genuine fake" -- at least it has USMC on the scabbard

I use to collect G43/K43 German WWII rifles. They are proof that the German made brand does not necessarily mean the best. The rifle breaks easily and I would call it unreliable. However, I could not collect MP44's, MP40's, MG34's or MG42's and K98K's weren't that interesting to me. Thus my hoarding instincts got the better of me for a number of years regarding this weapon. A few of the accumulation are very nice, but most are just average and a few are piss poor bubba'd examples.
