By far my most favorite of women to have ever existed. There's a bunch of pictures of Jayne in this thread that I haven't seen before, so a BIG thank you to everyone that posted.

Here are some of my own that I would like to add. There might be a few duplicates, so I'll apologize in advance.

Here are some pictures that I haven't seen before. Apparently Jayne Mansfield visited my country in 1957 (this is 26 years before I was born), and made a stop at one of the major newspapers De Telegraaf. The picture of her on the news-desk was apparently ripped to shreds by the editor of De Telegraaf and deemed mis-representative for the newspaper (which is funny as they are probably the most sensationalist paper in the country now).

Forgive me for double posting, but I found some more evidence (though proving what, I am not sure exactly).

Also, I'm putting the pictures in full so you don't have to click through to see what I'm on about.

Here's the movie dress, already quite revealing:

Here she is wearing what appears to be the same dress, during a stage show in Vegas, proving that she did wear it outside the movie:
And here is Mansfield wearing what appears to be a simplified version of the dress:
And I am pretty sure I have a picture of her where she stands outside a venue, and she's wearing the movie dress, but without the ornate designs on her breasts (the dress in the pictures you quoted from Fabrizio). I must've glanced over it when I did my search.

First picture is from "Too Hot To Handle" ( I guess the European Version)

Second pic from "Spree". I'm about 99% sure of it. I remember that the men's magazine "Adam" did an article about the movie and had stills like that one in it.
