Down in the dungeon I believe its perm 3 from 4. Southampton, Stoke & The Baggies have put in some dreadful performances and on current form appear doomed, however unless Palace find a goal scorer they might be in the bottom three at the end. I am praying we can keep enough people fit to survive, with Stoke at home on MNF on the 16th it's a massive game for both teams and we need to win given our other three fixtures in April are visits to the Chavs & Gooners, with City visiting the athletics track at the end of the month. |

Interesting; the popular view is that MMcC has got one eye on Elland Rd.
Lord knows why. I'd prefer the unlikable Nigel Pearson, who has an eye for lower league talent, running clubs on a shoestring and doesn't do charm... the current hotseat occupant looks like yet another well-meaning budget appointment, so maybe McCarthy knows something we don't. The managerial merry-go-round could soon be interesting; BFS surely won't be at Goodison next season...I'll be amazed if Chelsea don't part company with Conte (PSG bound, or Italy, with the national side?)...it's probably quicker to name the clubs where the manager is popular: Citeh, LFC, Spurs, Burnley, Newcastle, Huddersfield, Palace and Brighton. Apart from those? |

Unemployable in the premier league now. He's managed half of the teams currently occupying the bottom half of the premier league. Why would anyone take the risk? Glancing at the clubs in the championship I can't see anyone who might take the gamble either and it's a big gamble. Will he want to slum it in league one? Or take the easy money of the middle east?

Lens 2 -1 Chateauroux Lens upto 14th ~ Valenciiennes / Nancy doing freefall ~ even though only 6 points from the drop Lens will succeed ...West Ham and Blues have bin there, and both climbing free. Hammers faster, Lens an Blues still need points for safety. Blues ~ Hammers ~ Lens Don't Give up We're a Triad |

Part of me wants to avoid watching this, I want BOTH to win. I still think that this is a "Fixture-Fix" to get the World's 'Shirt-Selling-Champions' into a multi-billion viewer final. With attendant advertising. Of Cars, IT stuff and Credit..... when 90% of those viewers can only aspire and NEVER buy. How about neither team played...surely they could afford the EUFA Fines |
