I have never left the toilet seat up - always close the lid down before flushing.

Ever since I studied building services and found out why toilets have lids in the first place.

And the ladies appreciate it.

On modern life, never used an app, never been on Twitter or Snapchat.....I did go on Facebook once but couldn't see what all the fuss was about. Never owned nor wanted a smart phone, never played a computer game except Space Invaders once in a pub, most dullest thing ever and a waste of a quid

Am I a technophobe.....well no not really or I wouldn't be on here.....I just think modern tech is hugely over-rated. Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerburg.....all snake oil salesmen.

Never owned a smart phone. Possibly the only person I know in my age group who doesn't. On the odd occasions my trusty solid "dumb" phone does break, I head to the cheapy racks in the supermarket and get a new one for around a tenner.
