Tuesday`s tuna curry was rolling
Threw together (Literally since after nine pints I was remote viewing my own actions ) hacked up garlic , red onions, mushrooms, mixed peppers, fish stock cube, couple tins of tuna , apples , hot curry powder , tomatoes , puree and some brown sugar.



Even nine sheets to the wind all turned out perfectly including the rice



Had what was - Cough - leftover

For dinner/lunch yesterday,

I was gonna post this last night till I lost internet access so didn't take a pic of me chowin' into it at midnight

I did have to make dinner yesterday though as Missus E did one of her few shifts for the month. I did take a pic of it when it came out of the oven



Mmm,
Boiled potato and eggs with fried bacon, onions then drowned with full fat cream and baked for 25 minutes with some grated mozzeralla cheese thrown on during the last 10 minutes

Missus calls it my By Pass Bake

My Rogan Max was goodly,



It`s the usual ingredients everybody knows about. Only I put extra Turmeric and black pepper in ,left the yogurt (That`s why it`s Max rather than Josh) out and added coconut instead. Because it was only towards the end I realised I`d not bought any
Another ten out of ten to Archer`s butchers as the lean chunked lamb neck was melt in the mouth within forty minutes slow cooking



Stupidly buggered up the rice noodles though so they were more like mashed potato

Yesterday had me favourite Black Farmer (If you've never tried them I urge you to seek them out if possible, and do so) sausages with usual suspects sauce



As nabbed two packets of six reduced to two pound
Ok ok , so they had to be eaten by the 25th

When us 3 boys were all growing up and still living at home Mum usually made too much

After we all grew up, barring one child and Dad passed away almost 2 years ago I thought Mum would make less, the opposite happened, can't leave Mums place without 2 days of food supply She knew we were coming today and she made these Meat and Potato pies ...... She ain't made them in eons but still taste as I remember them as a young kid, and of course she made too many and some came home with me

Granted with various succulent meat covered sauces ,



Yet rice all the same ,



Packets of rice I stumbled across and which (Currently) cost a pound for two from my nearest Co-Op store ,



Did I on my second visit buy the lot
