I am told her name is "Mira" from this website.

Note how the hair is parted and the facial angles. Looking very much like mystery girl, I think.

I think they are the same woman.

Both images show a distinctive mole/spot where the right breast meets her sternum.

I think so. The Score Group

pictures and the Hustler box cover, from which the IAFD photo was cropped, do look a little off, granted.

But the Boobpedia filmography titles match with IAFD. Such as this one, this one and this one. And the Boobpedia image looks spot-on to the mystery girl, IMO.

I think the girl in the OP is Mira Ulrich. I'll back off now and leave it to the members and mods. I'm not so confident that the Score Group girl is the same though.

Last incidental point, she is listed at Boobpedia as an American, but this dubious data point belies the sound of her accent on various internet videos, I think, as can be heard at the 23 second mark here.
