Question on scan collection tool 'Hunter'

My question posted to other forum was deleted, so I'd ask the same question here.

I have used a scan collection tool (free tool) called Hunter for a long time. Hunter helps to select pics and sort them in accordance with the CSVs. It worked very well until I switched my PC from Win7 to Win10. With Win10, Hunter crushes and I have no way to use it. I've tried to use Hunter with convertible mode, but no luck. My question is :

- is there any tool that works like Hunter with Win10?

- is there any tip to use Hunter with Win10?
