anybody remember an episode of OTT the adult tiswas that featured a sketch mickey taking the "is she or isnt she" hairspray adverts ?

the only difference here was the " is she or isnt she " referred to whether she was wearing any knickers or not and we found out she wasnt when a twig or branch ripped her off skirt to reveal a bare bum

it quite knocked me out as a horny 13 year old watching that

I think you're misremembering there .. don't know that that was, but it wasn't OTT. They did used to show genuine risque adverts, and there was one for a product called "no knickers" which were panties that were supposed to be invisible under clothing. If I remember correctly a girl has her skirt blown up. We can't see her bum, but a pianist behind her can and nearly swallows his false teeth.

Quite correct it was an Australian advert and this lovely girl is reciting some kind of poem called "I think I am wearing No Knickers" and she bends down giving the pianist a quick eyeful and he slips along the keys and falls off his stool. Of course she is wearing some, but they are pretty sheer. I remember seeing that in a Clive James show once, and one of those silly blooper programmes too.

This time, disappointingly, she hasn’t gone commando so the voiceover duly announces that she IS wearing knickers... at which point Tarrant drops his trousers to yell “…but I’m not” and waddles after her, trousers round his ankles. Yep, remember it well, and thought I had a clip but can’t find it. Maybe this scene from the final episode will console you (if you can wait til Roy Wood finishes). I remember we waited with bated breath every week to see if Ellen Thomas would show the goods and she waited til the last minute.

why dont they get that show on dvd ?
the critics hated it but the public loved it .....well at least teenage lads did there was no interwebs back then and that show was just about the only sure fire way to see some T+A
