Black-haired girl shaves in RTL movie. ID?

I remember seeing a soft-core film on RTL or one of the cable channels from France or Germany back in the early 90's I think. It starred a rather serious looking girl with straight black hair who gives herself a shave (not on her head!) and splashes around in a river with her boyfriend in one early scene before getting a bit more serious later. The last half of the film seemed to get quite serious and involved some espionage or something although I didn't know what was going on as there weren't any subtitles. Not a lot to go on I know, but I'd like to find it if possible, if anyone has any ideas?

I've uploaded a short clip transferred from an old Betamax tape - can anyone identify it from this?

the movie you're looking for is "hard car" the actress' name is Valentine Demy who today does hardcore (and is one of my favorites)
