Citing movie review from Amazon

Is there any problem with linking to a movie review by a consumer at Amazon dot come? I ask since there does seem to be a prohibition about copying and pasting a post (I assume that this does not just pertain to VEF, but to the internet as a whole.) Thanks in advance... tSD

Best practice would be to anonymize the link before you post it here so there is no referral from the forum.

Anonym.to would be the site to use to anonymize the link.

I've always interpreted that rule as saying exactly the opposite - if it did turn out to be forbidden to link to a review at Amazon, you would nonetheless be allowed to quote the content of it. The rule means don't cut and paste someone else post made here, their text, linked images or movies, instead use the quote button or a link, making it possible to thank the original poster - surely?

Thanks for the input.

I've never used that anonymiser site, not sure if I should try that.

I thought about posting the review (by someone named 'Movie Gal With A Brain', but it actually is a couple of letter-size pages long.) I might still do that, the reviewer does that great a job.

It's easy - just stick 'http://anonym.to/' in front of the link (eg http://anonym.to/http://blahblah...), or follow the tutorial here.
