It's kind of weird. Tipping comps are a part of Australian football culture here. Everyone's in one amongst friends or at work or something. But I never got into them, ever. Yet, I'm enjoying participating in this, and can't wait to make my selections.
Minnesota at Green Bay Chicago at Carolina Houston at Dallas Buffalo at Detroit Baltimore at Indianapolis Pittsburgh at Jacksonville Tampa Bay at New Orleans Atlanta at NY Giants St. Louis at Philadelphia Cleveland at Tennessee Arizona at Denver NY Jets at San Diego Kansas City at San Francisco Cincinnati at New England Seattle at Washington; Total points: 40- KC was an inspired choice last week. Even if I do say so myself. Let's go with them again! You've got to take the Fernando Alonso attitude to things and never give up. |

Watching the Monday night debacle for the Pat's I thought to myself "They tackle worse than White House security".

Have I learned anything yet???
Week 5 Schedule
Thu, 10/2 Minnesota at Green Bay - One word: Aaron Rodgers. Fastest QB to 25000 career passing yards. GREEN BAY Sun, 10/5 Chicago at Carolina - Ouch. Don't like how either team played last week. But I figure Jay Cutler won't give away this game. CHICAGO Houston at Dallas - It pains me to say this, but the 'boys are looking good. Taking offensive linemen in the 1st Round of the NFL draft for the past three years is starting to pay off. DALLAS Buffalo at Detroit - Unbelievable! The Bills still have a chance to win the AFC East. One more roll of the dice....BUFFALO Baltimore at Indianapolis - Wow. The Ravens look great WITHOUT Ray Rice. Close game, but I'll give the Colts the benefit of "home cooking" INDIANAPOLIS Pittsburgh at Jacksonville - I can't figure the Steelers looking THAT BAD two weeks in a row. PITTSBURGH Tampa Bay at New Orleans - One month in and it's Do or Die time. I don't think anyone had the Saints picked to be in such a hole starting out. NEW ORLEANS Atlanta at NY Giants - Beginning of the season I thought the Falcons were on a mission of redemption. Duhuhh, wrong again. NEW YORK St. Louis at Philadelphia - Should have guessed that after three straight games coming back from 10+ deficits, the Eagles would run out of luck. Key here is their patchwork O-line isn't opening holes for LeSean McCoy - but will leave plenty of holes for the blitz happy Rams to ruin Nick Foles' day - ST. LOUIS Cleveland at Tennessee - The Browns are 1-2 after playing three tough opponents, to whom they lost by a combined 5 points. The Titans are coming off two blow out losses. I can't believe I'm saying this, but.....CLEVELAND Arizona at Denver - Are the Broncos the only team we can count on week-to-week??? DENVER NY Jets at San Diego - Haaahaaaahaaaaa! Enough already! SAN DIEGO Kansas City at San Francisco - Was that REALLY the Chiefs Monday night? Away game and the short week spell let down for KC..... - SAN FRANCISCO Cincinnati at New England - Was that REALLY the Patriots Monday night? Here's the issue: 2-2, with wins over the Vikings and the lowly Raiders, losses to the Dolphins and the disaster in K.C. Short week, not enough time to float the boat. CINCINNATI Mon, 10/6 Seattle at Washington - Geez, two lousy games in a row. "The Blacklist" has nothing to fear from MNF. SEATTLE 38 Washington 14 = 52 Total Points Last edited by Rick Danger; October 2nd, 2014 at 02:47 AM.. |

I think the mistake is 10 extra Losses? |
