The Cleo in Up and Cummers 14, scene 1, seems to resemble Theresa from Penthouse, 1995-01 and Tereza Maverick @Suze, but the resemblance to Kiva/mystery is less clear.

There's a noteworthy spot by Tereza's left shoulder blade (second scan; not sure but perhaps transposed in third scan?), & perhaps a similar spot in the Gallery pics--cover & last scan. The image used for the Gallery cover was also used in the Newlook set--in the linked mystery box post.

The information that I have posted is very accurate, I know because I dated her younger sister back when she was in the business and met her when she came to visit. I think back then she was dating Billy Idol, and also Bill Maher. Theresa had a web page called, Kiva Diva (defunct) twenty plus years ago. She IS Cleo in the 'Up n Cummers' 14, but there is also another actress using the name "Cleo" which is not her; she never did porn! She also did some acting in a few other mainstream films, to which I will not name to protect her privacy.
Most of these photos she did in her youth over thirty years ago, so we have all changed and I am still glad to call both sisters friends.
