Well just to make you all jealous I drink several days a week and I drink 15-18 or even more beers (yes they are US beers) I never get a hangover.

The best thing to do that I have found is to take Aspirin, or Acetaminophen, or Ibuprofen, or Naproxen before you go to bed. This will drastically cut down on your hangover symptoms the next morning.

Drink lots of water. This will make you urinate and flush the toxins out of your system.
Much of the discomfort that goes with a hangover is caused by the body being dehydrated. |

A pint of lager shandy. make sure it's a proper lemonade, not one full of sweeteners, you need the sugary goodness.
Alcohol, cold fizzy liquid and sugar in the same glass. Perfect, works everytime for me. |

Drink Sprite after you wake up with a hangover. Studies have show its to be the BEST hangover cure. Better than Gatorade or just plain water! Been using it for years. Work great!
