I remember being in Broadstairs with a girlfriend and we decided to have fish and chips...........
She was one of those people that wouldn't eat certain things, as ,"I wouldn't like that"!.............'nuff said. Well I usually eat Rock Salmon (Huss), and my then gf., usually ate cod. Well it turned out that it was a bank holiday, and the fish and chip shop didn't have any Cod left, so my gf., decided to have Rock Salmon as that was what I usually had. 'Hmmmm, yes, it was very nice', she says afterwards. Now me, being the bastard that I am, then decided to spice things up a bit........ 'You do realise that you have just eaten shark'! says I...........she promptly threw up!! WTF, she had just told me how nice it was!!

When I read that, I froze Then I snapped out of my temporary state of shock I wasn't going too reply hoping you're just joking Then I wouldn't leave my mind till I felt at ease So I looked it up And It's fucking true If I were in Parliament here, trust me, Capital Punishment would be on the agenda again

Least you got to eat worms Typical , guess you went to Oxford and such like. Me i went to a comprehensive school (Himmler Hill`s secondary) Best we had was a single (Non sachet added) pot noodle half cooked and thrown at us every other day. Yeah and by us i mean a starving class of thirty Still i can look back and laugh about it now. Especially after setting fire to the place once i`d trapped most of the teachers in the staff room

They always served fish on a Friday. I love fish, but this was rubber fish. No taste and chewy as a texan bar.

There is a foodie named Anthony Bourdain who has had food shows on cable telly in the US; he seems to eat everything as he travels the world.
His latest show is called Parts Unknown, and I'm convinced that's a pun with double meaning - the places he goes and the things he eats. It's offal! |

Once in Berlin I ordered a slaughter platter. My brother warned me not to. But I threw caution to the wind. Heart, kidneys, liver, steak etc and tripe. The steak was superb but the heart and tripe were disgusting.
