Hmm...I recall Sylvia Kristel in Beauty School. She was not the lead and essentially played herself in this one.

I'd be willing to guess that Julianne Moore has done one. Same with the likes of Ursula Andress or maybe Sylvia Koscina. I think you'd be more likley to see something like that in a European film, where a female actor's career isn't considered to be over when she hits 35.

I'm a bit turned off by real hard hardcore, sometimes it's best to leave a little to the imagination, and her videos were fine by me.
