Yeah, I'd say there's a strong resemblance.

However, Dana Lynn has a tattoo on her right shoulder which I'm not seeing in the picture above.

Of course it could have been edited out (I think it should be located under the text that reads "jizzed rubber & torn lace) or taken before she had it done.

They look very alike, but I don't think she is Dana Lynn. Both girls are really cute. But if they were finalist in a beauty contest I´ll vote for Dana.

Tough one. She could have the tattoo done after the OP pic was taken, it could be edited out or they simply flipped the image so we're really looking at her left shoulder....

After comparing some pics I'd say there's a strong resemblace indeed, hair and facial features like nose, eyes, eyebrows, lips, ears (specially the ears) but: I havent seen any picture of Dana with freckles. Even if they are just summer freckles, there should be some pics of her in the sun or on the beach with freckles. There aren't.

Not convinced it's her, not saying no either.
