I'm reasonably certain this is the lovely Annette Gerlach, presenting the Berlin premiere of the (nearly) complete 2010 restoration of Lang's Metropolis (1927) on ARTE. She goofs when the camera cuts away then cuts back to her as she's waiving to someone she knows.
