Dumbest line ever in a movie - Page 2

My brother hated this and pointed it out to me then i pointed it out to my wife and now we all hate my brother for pointing it out in the first place.. The line for some reason kind of ruin's the movie Aliens a bit once you notice it. It never leaves your mind... Bill Paxton "Game Over man, It's game over"!!!!!

So the Jedi are sent to meet with the officials of the Trade Federation (because, ya know, Jedi's are experts in intergalactic trade right

) and are immediately discovered to be Jedi Knights. The Trade Federation are ordered to kill them and they decide to do so by gassing them to death.

Hey idiots, how about leaving them in the conference room full of gas for like maybe 4 hours?

'God's not Dead' is possibly the dumbest film of the 21st century (although GND2 will be released soon!) & is the ludicrous story of a philosophy student who is bullied relentlessly by his evil Professor who demands on the first day of class that all of his pupils assert in writing 'God is dead' (you know, just like any philosophy teacher would of course!

).

When the rookie student refuses to comply the evil professor bullies & ridicules him & demands that he give a presentation refuting his atheistic claim (craftily switching the understanding of atheism from it's true meaning: disbelief of a claim, into it's opposite: a belief in & of itself - you know: like not believing in Big Foot is a belief too... errr... somehow. )

The story builds to a climax in which our student warrior for Christ presents an emotionally charged (but logically bereft) case for the existence of God in front of the class with the evil Professor scowling & berating him at every turn. It climaxes with the evil professor letting slip that he (of course) hates this god he doesn't believe in & at that point our hero shouts out at him:

"Science supports his existence. You know the truth! "

What this science is isn't mentioned, or which particular god exists (Catholic? Protestant? Mormon?) & our hero wins the day when one by one his class mates stand up in honor of his awesome victory over the forces of atheistic darkness. - Well who would have seen that coming eh?
