They are still in Kongens Have Copenhagen but now they have left the stone balls and are walking quietly on the path leading to Gothersgade. In the distance you can see Rundetårn (the Round Tower) and the Trinitatis church.
In the second picture they are about to take their car standing on the corner Lille Kirkestræde and Nikolai Plads. The church Nikolai Kirke serves today as an art venue.
In the "today" pictures there are two elderly gentlemen in the picture instead of the CC models...that's how things go
But both places haven't changed at all since the 70's

Probably is Paris, but is hard to identify the buildings around the apartament where the set was made. Any idea?

The building shown is in the Boulevard des Italiens, Paris.

It is occupied by LCL some type of bank/insurance company.
I do not think that the balcony is in this building however. In the back of the shot you can see a green dome which i think is here:

This would then place the balcony on the building to the right of the dome across the street. This building does not seem to have a balcony and the satellite image shows the buildings location as a construction site. My guess then is the actual building no longer exists in the form it did when Helen was watering her plants.

This was pure luck. I knew the street. Nørrebrogade in Copenhagen which is easy to recognize because of the long wall on its left side that hides the "Assistens Kirkegaard" (the Assistens Cementary where you, among many others, can find the graves of Hans Christian Andersen and Søren Kierkegaard). But today we can point out the exact spot from where the photograph was taken because of the black and white sign above the CC model's head...."se" it says, and if you know scandinavian language you will know that it says "låse" which means it's a locksmith's sign. Strangly this sign have survived. The CC model is walking on Nørrebrogade towards city very near Frederik VII gade. Today Nørrebrogade's shops are mostly cafees, pizza or kebab joints and green stores

A lot of things changed: The railing of the subway entrance is more modern, the roof of the bus station in front of the left building was build new, the right building has less levels, but the front of the left building is nearly the same. I'm sure it's the same place.
The bus does not belong to Munich. No idea how it got there.
