2 minutes to upload 3 pics to imagebam that are only 154kb all up

On the good news side imgbox appears to be slowly coming back

Thumbs on forum are partially back - those not showing might be accessed
if theres a gallery link in the post that doesnt come via the image

5 of 14 thumbs showing - the other 9 were accessible via the gallery link

Just did a small reup, not as bad as above. 5 images 8+ MB, 90+ sec.. Too slow for larger reup projects imo.

Still getting the "inert dead end" page on imagebam as reported by ConstantOgler. Seems everything after the "not closing down" closing down date is affected - on Firefox, on phone... Haven't tried uploading.

I have been using postimage.org to re-up the images that hotflick.net messed up. I have a thread open, in both Firefox and IE, click on the red asterisk in IE, and right click my mouse and choose the "save picture" option. Then I use postimage.org to upload the photo and then remove the dead hotflick.net codes and paste in the codes from postimage.org. I have done this for 3 threads already. Just two more threads to go. Imagebam is much slower than normal. Before this whole problem started imagebam could upload 10 photos in less than 1 minute. Now it takes more than 5 minutes to upload just 5 photos. Bah humbug!

Imagebam is an absolute bag of shit at the moment and has been for a few weeks.

It's obviously entirely the prerogative of uploaders which of the approved hosts they opt for but I'm puzzled about why folks are still using it at the moment.

Apparently it wasn't just me, but the pictures and thumbnails are back - for now, at least. Keep your fingers crossed…
