I used to get really, really angry and plan ways to kill the perpetrators without getting caught, but after about 5, I realised this was wrong, especially with forensic science improving in leaps and bounds.

So now I just get drunk, that seems to work as well

I take a lot of shit and just carry it around with me inside for a good long time. Which isn't good. Because then one night, usually when I'm drinking, someone will fuck with me or even just say one little thing, and something clicks, and that person will be the unfortunate recipient of all the aforementioned baggage. And that's not good.

This has resulted in arrests, and even retaliations.

Which has started the process all the fuck over again.

Playing drums helps. And it's a lot cheaper.

In my younger days, I used to play Carmageddon. It was rather relaxing to take out my frustration on the idiotic pedestrians.

Nowadays, I'm more likely to play Bejewelled 3 or Zuma, whilst listening to a few tracks by The Orb.

How do I relive the stress and anger? Well besides the obvious, let's face it guys I'm not on VEF just for the conversation

, I have a variety of methods. After a stressful day I try to take a long walk by the river to sort things out in my head. I like to listen to some upbeat or inspirational music to brighten my mood. Maybe cook some good food to get my mind off things. Then I like to light some candles and put on some soft music and have a nice big cocktail. If that doesn't work, then I just kick my dog.

I try not to get angry. It's not good for me with the dickey ticker and it doesn't feel good. The angrier I get, the worse I feel, I actually feel sick when I get very angry. And the way to relieve the stress is to vent, verbally rather than physically.

Stress: When you wake up screaming and realize you haven't been to sleep.

I walk a lot and between that and the nordic track machine I've found that they both keep the steam pressure down before it gets to a dangerous level. It's been probably four years now since I last really lost it, I learned I still have the language in me that the navy wanted me to reenlist to be a boot camp DI as the goof that's probably still wiping the shit out of his underwear found out.

She can be nice but other times she's a complete runt (sic)
She used to drive me mad.
Not any more....
Every time she goes into runt (sic) mode I say something cryptic and disappear quickly.
Perhaps it pees her off, perhaps it doesn't. The fact is, I don't care. If she pisses me off once I'll let it go. Piss me off twice?
She's fair game.
Watching that vein in her neck twitch...
