Years ago I came across an article, somewhere, that said Ginger Lynn was living in Chicago, and turning tricks for $5,000 a night. It was sometime in one of her "retirements" from the adult movie industry.

Met Australian Bessie Bardot, a glamour model, at one of her book launches a long time ago. She had written a book about her swinger- and party lifestyle. She was very nice, we talked about her book and she offered to be in a photo with me. I declined, for two reasons, she didn't understand. First of all, as an ugly male, I would have looked terrible in that photo, standing next to a glamorous beauty like her. And, she was a sort of fantasy figure for many of her readers including me, inhabiting a rarified space and lifestyle that was out of reach for many of us. A photograph would have destroyed that fantasy idea. She didn't understand my viewpoint, I told her I was looking forward to her follow-up book, and we left it at that. I guess some of us just appreciate meeting such a person and exchanging a few words, but we're really not that keen beyond that...

I had a small business in the 1990's. I advertised for house painters. One of the guys that worked for me turned out to be Ron Hudd. Apparently he got 'black-balled" out of the porn industry. Ended up being cheap labor. Dumb as a brick and a whacko. Just thought I would share.
