Yes, but I am not sure it has any relation to her stage name. The actor is Tommy LaRoc/LaRock who appeared in numerous features. I think the magazine cover I posted has an associated loop in the "Anal Erotica" series but I don't know the number or title.

The cover photo is missing in the original post but she is laying on her back and smiling as she is getting bathed in cum. The Gourmet "Immoral" set is the same as the Anal Erotica series "Rump Roast" set here. The end of the set is missing in this follow up post with the facial but she loses or takes the fortune teller scarf off before the money shot. I think this woman also may have appeared in another set where the theme was being a fortune teller with a different male model.

There may be a loop associated with this photo set but I am not entirely sure. However, in the early 80's Gourmet mags had many tied in photo and loop sessions albeit under different names and loop publishers.

Here are some more pictures, in this you can see the face better.
The face besides Latin, reminiscent of arabic, but it seems more Latin than arabic.
