This video supposedly happens in Texas. Someone described as a California transplant is arguing about a matress he dumped into a communal dumpster. It was taken out and placed on his property for whatever reason by the two armed father and son men. Why he is threatening to kill the two men is beyond my understanding. The guy's significant other is filming this and doesn't seem to catch him in frame in his last few moments of life. He does seem to have a baseball bat that you can see he throws at the older guy after he gets the initial shots. From the angle, the shotgun carrying son is shooting at someone still standing. Dumping a mattress, really a stupid reason to get into a fight with two armed men - even worse reason to threaten to kill them. How much alcohol was involved by either party is a question yet unanswered. The complete back story is missing too, obviously they must have had an ongoing dispute.

Bringing a baseball bat to a gunfight and threaten to kill armed men? Obviously the big guy was used to bullying people around, but he guessed wrong this time. Being this is in Texas and the wife/girlfriend filmed this, the victim's threats of killing the armed men will probably mean that a conviction is unlikely. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

There are many Rule #1s when it comes to confronting armed folk, and not threatening them with a bat is right up there.

Why the two good ol' boys brought guns to a garbage dispute is beyond anyone's comprehension. These guys are dangerous.

Aaron Howard had supposedly threatened them earlier. So now he's dead - I won't shed a tear about it. Anyone who threatens armed people with a bat shouldn't procreate.

Saw this while scrolling the news. Apparently the Chinese don't kid around with mass school killers:

I never heard of this story before. He killed 9 kids with knives, and wounded a bunch more? That's approaching the level of what a dysfunctional American kid can do with an assault rifle.

But serious now, he more than deserved his fate for his gruesome crime.
