The scene from naked Gun, where Frank is going skin diving, he adjusts his mask and throws himself backwards over the side...............CRASH!! Ed and Norberg look over the rail to see Frank Drebin laying on a lower deck - Ed:'Er, the waters over there Frank!', pointing in the opposite direction!

I can see this scene as many times as I like and I always end up crying with laughter!!
