Perhaps a long-shot . . .

Could "Mystery" be Fran from Karups; circa 2002?

Both appear to have grey or blue eyes, and both have a mole/spot on near the tip of her right collar-bone, and another on her throat, just above.

Not a long shot at all; I do believe that's her. Thank you! Your detective work is impressive. I had never seen any sets of KPC Fran before, but now I'll look around.

Of course that's not necessarily a full ID, because we know how K's random naming of models goes, but it's sure good enough for me, to get started with.
