The ID picture for Toni seems to be a capture of the requested girl from that scene.

The second time I went to the page, I saw 2 caps of that girl from that scene.
Hover over the clip picture, and it runs through some caps from the scene, and some of those caps make it very obvious it is the requested girl in the requested scene.
Click on that picture and it plays the 13 minute clip, and the girl in the boots does the tax auditor. The clip switches between that scene and one with Rhonda Jo Petty

I was unable to confirm the ID of the girl, or the clip title, but that clip seems to be the requested one.

Toni has a forum thread here, but I didn't see anything matching that clip there.
