Watchmen The Directors Cut. Maybe 20 - 30 minutes longer than the cinema release, but I thought that worked in the film's favour. Made the story more coherent.

Her car breaks down and having had her purse stolen by the clown she tries to earn the money to pay to get her car fixed, she takes a job at a local strip joint and it goes down hill from there ... we also meet a red faced devil girl along the way as well as a whole host of small town oddities.

In the 1950's, whilst at summer camp at Camp Crystal Lake young Jason Voorhees drowns in the camp lake whilst the counsellors are supposed to be watching him, a couple of counsellors are killed for their sins.
Many years later the camp re-opens and it's not long before the run of bad luck continues and the camp starts to live up to its nickname "Camp Blood"
Classic horror movie with a real twist at the end and an even better final scene.

I didn't know there was an even longer director's cut. Really liked this movie, but I'm not sure that I'd want to sit through three hours of it!

Friday the 13th Part 2 (1981)

Follows on after the first movie, the legend is that sweet innocent Jason sees his mother beheaded by sole survivor Alice, somehow Jason tracks Alice down to her apartment to avenge his mother the and that is the start of his ongoing killing spree.
Back to Camp Crystal Lake and although the camp itself is closed the neighbouring camp that shares the same lake is opening again, new counsellors are arriving and Jason is not happy.

The film that introduces horror addict Tommy Jarvis into the series and as always there's lots of destruction and plenty of nubile babes to keep us amused
