Hazelnuts. For two reasons alone:
1) What has a hazelnut in every bite? Thick milk chocolate for your delight? Nougar and caramel gold and light? And... Don't forget the hazelnut in every bite! 2) Nuts whole hazelnuts. OOH. Cadbury's take 'em and they cover 'em in chocklit. Sorry, got a bit nostalgic there for a moment Seriously though, Lidl's own dry roasted peanuts. Cost about 30p for half a hundredweight, and like avidfan said of his, are far nicer than the more expensive brands I don't actually like hazels that much tbh. They're small, brown, wrinkled and bitter. And if anyone wants to add a punchline to the last comment, feel free

I really love all kinds of nuts, but over the past few years I've developed an unfortunate allergy to cashews and macadamias, so two of my favorites are now off my list....

Right enough of dancing round the contentious issue , let`s roll our sleeves up and get down to it .
I say Brazil Nuts are the best as they contain by far the most beneficial nutrients, plus are particularly healthy due to their high selenium content, which makes their protein content "complete". This means that, unlike the proteins in most plant products, Brazil nuts' proteins contain all the necessary amino acids to foster optimal growth in humans (in the same way as proteins from animal products do) Selenium is also a powerful antioxidant linked to lower rates of cancer and heart disease. Brazil nuts are also a very good source of zinc (essential to digestion and metabolism) and an added source of protein. These nuts also contain high amounts of fat , but these fats are unsaturated and therefore "healthy" , although not so much the way i eat them which is why i`m currently blessed with "Weight" "SO I`M FOR BRAZIL NUTS , WHO`S WITH ME !!! " DISCUSS ! DISCUSS ! DISCUSS !

Personally I prefer 3/4 inch chrome Lug nuts...
One interesting thing about Brazil nuts is they only germinate in the rainforest...plantation crops are barren of the true nut which are the size and weight of a cannon ball. What we call the nuts are packed inside the big carrier nut. Biologists found that a very small native bee uses the brazil nut tree flower as a smell communicator with the other bees in the colony. The Bees only live in the rainforest and they're the only insect that routinely travels between Brazil nut trees.... no rainforest, no nuts!
