A New USA National Anthem

I thought some of our American mates might have got a bit bored, or felt excluded reading about the "New English National Anthem debate" so.....
Assuming "The Star Spangled Banner" wasn't your anthem, what tune do you think your ancestors would have chosen?
What would your own personal choice be?

What about O Canada!!!!

But the current anthem wasnt the anthem until1931, I believe they used a tune called "my country tis of thee" until then, and we know where they nicked that from!

In keeping with the Canada theme how about one that's a little more appropriate;

"Guns, Guns, Guns" by The Guess Who

Or, more appropriate still;

"Up Against the Wall (Motherfucker)" by David Peel & the Lower East Side Orchestra
