Hilarious Stolen Valor.

I find it very cringe-worthy to outright hilarious when I see an adult film that depicts characters as being in the military so poorly! I notice it was huge in many Asian themed videos, going for the "Nam" angle or Sailor on liberty in Bangkok. It is called liberty, not "shore leave" like many think it is by the way.

Of course, I am not watching these films for their story or attention to detail, but sometimes I can find it distracting.
For example, pictured here, is a dude from a video from the 90s called Bangkok Nights. Now, I am watching this to see Asia Carrerra get hammered, but shit like this just takes away from the experience. I mean, am I supposed to buy that this dude with an ear ring and pony tail is actually in the Navy? Come on! Also, what's with him walking around with a long sleeve white shirt with a dress white jumper around his neck like a bath towel? Also, when I was in the Navy on liberty in Thailand, doing what this guy was doing, none of us wore our uniforms, so WTF?

I get it, it's porn, but if they can't get a dude to wear the uniform properly and at least look the part, then the producers should just stop it. It is unintentionally funny and ridiculous.

Also, I notice how un-PC the ethnic stereotyping in porn is...Not bitching by the way, I am just surprised the industry has not had the SJWs descend on the porn industry over this topic.

I guess when the military gets represented in a fucked up and incorrect way in film it is a pet peeve of mine. And when I am trying to wax my carrot, I don't appreciate the thoughts of "That dude isn't a Machinist Mate, he's an ET God Damn It!", creeping into my head.
