It's a copy of what's known as "The Blue Screen of Death."

You see it when your computer malfunctions or crashes!

Just annoys the hell out of me..

As I frequently update my computer, clean the hard drive regularly, etc.

That's maybe not your fault, maybe a part of your computer is "dying".
I had that with my last one. It was the graphic card that had troubles.

That's life.

I do not agree my friend.
I rarely had troubles with windows. I had troubles with my computer behaviour.
Adding too many useless little shareware, freeware softwares, using day and night cleaning softwares...

Now, I only use Excel, Word, VLC, an image viewer, Kaspersky, one browser and privazer.
That's all and no trouble at all.

When I was a student, we had to meet an enterprise that build electrical motors.
During the visit, the engineer told us that they calculate motors to run during 10 years maximum.
One of my friend asked: "Why only 10 years?"
The engineer answered: "Because then we have to sell new ones to make our living."
All the students grumbled and some of us said: "That's disgusting, that's a scandal."
The engineer was ashamed. He was the prisoner of this dangerous economic system and was unmasked by our naivety

Planned obsolescence is a shame.

I have an old dell computer with Windows Vista. My computer is crashing all the time, but I have never seen that blue screen. Maybe it's just a scam from Microsoft trying to scare you into buying a new computer!
