I bring up color because in the main stream press, if the victim is black and the perp is white, the story gets told. If the victim is white and the perp is black, if the story is told, color is not mentioned. Asians in the US who get victimized are rarely reported on.

People talk about the pendulum swinging, but this is so far in favor of black people that I am sickened by it. There was a story lately about 8 teens who beat up an old man. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=an9B4pNjjtQ Major networks did not state the color of the teens (black), local news reports that did were called racist.

Report the facts, you piece of shit newscasters.

You are correct about your basic view of the world and the fact that I don't share it. This is not a bad thing as it does allow discussions but you just don't seem to understand the difference between cultures and how race can play such a big part in it. Very few people exist who do not see color in people, wither for good or bad.
As to your exposing a topic you do not agree with not very much is fair or equitable in REAL life and that appears to be some thing you can not grasp,IMO.
Just like your extolling communism so highly. I believe you are enamored with the ideal but refuse to acknowledge the reality that the corruption that humans always introduce in any political system.

Again IMO I think you need to consider real applications of your apparently book learned fantasy.
I mean no disrespect in my opinion but I felt I needed to state it.

If the entire USA had Chicago's homicide rate, it would still take over 100 years for as many people to be killed were killed in the holocaust, and over 500 years for as many people to be killed as were killed by Communist regimes.
At current national homicide rates, multiply those figures by 5:
500 years to match the holocaust, 2500 years to match the commies.
Now, who here thinks that a disarmed population will not face a murderous regime willing to kill them in their millions over the span of 500 years?

As soon as the guy assaulted him and shoved him to the ground all bets are off as far as I am concerned. Evidently Florida's Stand Your Ground law protects him and he has not been charged. Several empty parking spaces and she parks in the handicapped spot. And then proceeds to argue with the guy - who was right - instead of just moving her car to another space, which she should have done in the first place. Then her old man comes out and violently shoves him to the ground.

Despite some people making this into a race issue, it is not, it's a thugging issue. When you've got people running around that are so uncivilized that they think they can break all the little rules the rest of us follow to make life better, and then commit violence when anyone challenges them over it, that's bad.

Shoot the thug, and society is the better for it.

When I'm an old man, I don't want every drug hungry scumbag thinking I am an easy target for some bucks when I go out on the street, just because they have all been trained to think that regular law abiding people won't resist them. I'd prefer that they think I might be the mean old man with a gun in my pocket, like Clint Eastwood in Gran Torino. Even if I'm not carrying a gun, some other mean old man out there will be.

Once the man stepped away he was no longer a threat and it went from being self-defense to manslaughter.

so stepping in to protect the mother of your children who's being accosted by some random guy gets you labeled a thug now. Interesting. I would love to see how the narrative would been laid out if this was a, white family, especially a well-to-do one in this same situation. Something tells me a lot of questions about mental health and guns would be coming up.

The guy had several prior arrests, including one for assault and battery.

Thug.

Whatever the race is, it always people with bad backgrounds you see engaging in this sort of behavior. You won't see any "well-to-do" families, white or black, getting mixed up in brawls because they were raised better, and know better, and are not naturally trash.

Defending trash to promote some racial equality agenda is just stupid.

The woman was guilty too. Parking in a handicapped space without a sticker? Against the law. And her own trashy behavior got her man killed. Charge her with disorderly conduct and give her 6 months in jail, at least.

The guy wasn't a Trayvon Martin - trying to bash the guy's head into the sidewalk.

In California I have no doubt he would have been arrested. The video doesn't show to me a reasonable belief that imminent bodily harm was impending.

However, all he needs is one juror to side with him - like some of the people on this thread - and he will stay free. So maybe they won't waste the time, effort and resources to try him.
