Well, I must say I genuinely did not expect to be posting pics again in this thread when I made those comments last night. But becoming a bit obsessed with Katie I decided to search around the net and revisit some Yahoo groups I haven't checked in what must be at least a year. Lo and behold, I find these wonderful images of Katie.
        Thanks to all the original scanners and posters at the PTJO5 group for these. Thing is, I knew about this group from when it started but still managed to completely overlook these pics at the time and probably would never have checked back to find them if it wasn't for seeing more pics of Katie on this site. I suppose it was because Katie Orgill wasn't one of those girls I remember seeing that much of in the papers and magazines in my youth. So I guess I didn't immediately click on the pics when they were first uploaded and then forgot all about them. It really does show how inadequate Yahoo groups is as a medium for sharing pics when compared to a forum like this. This is just so much easier to navigate. Yahoo groups, with the need to use the Files section (so as to preserve pic size) and the lack of thumbnail previews is just too awkward and you end up overlooking stuff you might have liked. I wonder what else I've missed... |
